The Shoot

Austin is a senior offensive lineman and defensive end at Waterloo High School. With this session, we wanted to highlight Austin’s passion for football. We first shot a few photos in his shirt and tie on the home field of the Waterloo Vikings. It was incredibly windy on this fall day. Several people had to hold down our metal light stands to keep them from falling.

After this set of photos, the wind died down. This allowed us to use the fog machine to create much more dramatic photos in his full Vikings uniform. We also shot alongside his senior teammate, Alex (view his photos here). Both Austin and Alex had a blast shooting together in the fog.
